Chicago - A woman attended a Jazz festival at Chicago State University with her dog. A pit bull attacked her and then attacked and killed her dog. A responding police officer fired 9 rounds (at a festival) and shot the woman in the foot.
And because this is Chicago, this did not even make the news.
